Dosing – Adult

• Oral: (PCI) for ACS: Loading: 180 mg PO once
• Maintenance: 90 mg PO Q12 initiated 12 hours after loading dose; take with ASA 75-100 mg PO daily.
• Decrease dose to 60mg PO Q12 after 12 months of treatment

Dosing – Pediatric

• Safety and efficacy in pediatric patients not established
